Venice getaway

Hi there,

 I’m still in Italy. After spending last week in Milan for Fashion week, I now traveled to Venice to have a small romantic getaway. The most romantic part of Venice are without doubt the gondolas. For a boat trip on the Canal Grande, I’m wearing my cutest dress. The traditional gondolas are well decorated with beautiful carvings and equipped with comfortable seats. The men in their typical striped shirts are eager to paddle around the narrow streets of Venice. I hope to see the Rialto bridge while sailing the Canal Grande.

Magical days!

Hi there,

Do you love a fairytale as much as I do? Today I’m visiting Disneyland Paris, the most magical land on earth. Or at least, one of them. My goal was to visit two Disney parks all over the world. I’ve already been to Disneyland, Orlando. And now I’m checking out Paris!

It definitely has the most beautiful castle of them all! Later on, there will be a lasershow projected on the castle. My friend and I are very curious for that…

How to dress in the Provence Style

Hello guys,

I’m at the Provence. Provence is a casual and relaxed part of France. The French Provence style creates a calm and laid back feeling, like countryside romance. What to wear is pretty easy.

 The print that suits the Provence the most is of course the romantic floral one. Other prints are the classic ones like stripes or polka dots. Key in choosing your outfit is to keep it relaxed and breezy. Talking about the color palette, it needs to be as gentle as possible. Neutral soft colors are the best. Top it off with some casual sandals and you’re good to go!

 Extra must have items: a sunhat and sunglasses

Park Güell

Hi there!

 So much to do here in Spain. Last week I celebrated the new year in a dog shelter, doing some voluntary work. This week I thought it was time for a touristic day in the city. I went to Park Güell in Barcelona, designed by the architect Antoni Gaudi.

Do you ever take your dolls on a holiday or trip? Then you might find them getting dirty along the way. For this, I have a great tip: use toothpaste to remove dirt! Even marker stains disappear with a touch of toothpaste. And for tangled hair, a little fabric softener can do wonders. Your doll will be shining as new!

New year, new me!

Happy New Year, guys!

The first day of the new year is always something special. It’s a new start, time to become the best version of yourself. For me this means making some resolutions for the new year.

I’m already fulfilling the first one: volunteering a little more. Today I’m helping out at a dog shelter in Spain. So many dogs are all alone on the streets and the shelter is helping them get fed and walked with.

 As promised, here’s the tutorial on how to make the shirt that goes with the dungarees I made last week.
